Common questions

Is this just AI?

We use modern tools, including AI, and every change is reviewed, tested and signed off by a person before it goes live. AI writes the code; it doesn't run your business.

Who owns what you build?

You do. The code, the data and the hosting sit in your own Microsoft Azure. A small number of platform components on co-build engagements are licensed rather than handed over as source, and we tell you exactly which ones up front.

Where is our data stored?

In your own Azure subscription, in an Australian region by default.

Do we need Microsoft 365?

It works best if you use Microsoft 365, because your staff sign in with the accounts they already have. If you don't, talk to us.

Do you replace our IT provider?

No. We work alongside whoever looks after your IT.

What does it cost?

Secure Web starts at $249 a month (ex GST). Everything else gets a fixed quote once we understand the job. Azure hosting is billed on your own subscription at cost.

What if we want to leave?

You keep everything. Give us 30 days notice and we hand over properly.
